Since I came across the Pitaten anime, Shia has always been a character I have liked, but it wasn't until I read the manga that she became someone I was truly interested in. Cute, innocent, clumsy and caring - all words that I would associate with her, even though she is a demon and hence should be pictured way differently. Although she we don't get to know much about her in the anime, we get a whole backstory when we read the manga (starting in volume five and ending in volume seven). I was really touched by how much she had gone through, and was able to become the character we know today.
Having become one of my favorite female characters, I've wanted to make a shrine for her for a long time, but it wasn't until I got approved to run her fanlisting, that I was really motivated to make one.
